Pop Up Cinema LLC does not supply, stream, or license movies. All clients must provide their own movie file, disc, or streaming access and confirm they hold appropriate viewing rights.

If a public performance license is required for the event, it must be obtained by the client before the event date. Pop Up Cinema LLC is not responsible for confirming licensing and assumes no legal liability for unlicensed screenings.

By booking with Pop Up Cinema LLC, clients acknowledge and agree to:
